HIS STORY

Ladell rose to the top of Wall Street as a manager of a $10.2 billion investment fund, second largest in the country.  He moved to Houston and co-founded Smith, Graham & Company Investment Advisors, L.P., a premier fixed-income managment company with over $2.5 billion of assets.  Ladell served as president and chief investment officer of the company.  His clients included a "Who's Who" of the nations's top corporations and municipalities.

Ladell has been featured in numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal, Black Enterprise magazine, Pensions and Investments magazine and on NBC's special, Succeeding Against The Odds.  He has recevied numerous awards and honors including being listed in Who's Who Worldwide.

Ladell is a Managing Partner of Ambassador Development Group, a private equity firm. He and Gwen, his wife are Lead Pastors of The Champion Center, in Richmond, TX   He is a dynamic speaker who has the ability to inspire and empower his audience to unleash potential.
